Dr. L. Scott Smith is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas as well as an ordained Protestant clergyman.  His scholarship in American religion and politics has been widely published.  He earned his Ph.D. degree in philosophy of religion from Columbia University in New York. Dr. Smith speaks in an unflinching spirit to the mind and heart of the American people as he makes the case for the nation’s public faith and sets forth the reasons for and consequences of its gradual demise.
