Co-Author of PRAYER, FAITH AND A BIT OF CHOCOLATE

Sallie Bachar is the editor of Pauses, a quarterly publication for Christian women, which she and a friend created out of a mutual desire to inspire and nurture a woman’s spirit.  She is also a newspaper journalist and freelance writer.  Her work has appeared in The Family Digest, Liguorian, Canticle and other publications.  Sallie also facilitates retreats and workshops on writing and spiritual journaling and is currently enrolled in a training program for spiritual directors. 

She and her husband, Ted, live in north central Wisconsin and have three grown children and nine grandchildren.
